In recent years, the percentage of fat Women in America have been on
an increase. As at 2007, 60% of Women living in America were reported to

Soft Exercise: As older women, you don't need to participate in all
kinds of exercise program. Just take a walk for about 20-45 minutes five
times in a week, and you would see the miraculous way your fat would be
burnt away. At least in a week if you take 7000 calories and you are
able to burn 3500 calories, then that would help to reduce weight, gives
you a good shape, like that of 20 years old lady and enables you to
live longer and healthier.
